Newly formed Hawke’s Bay trio, The Corban Brothers, join Wellington’s Douglas Spier & Elliot Fuimaono at Capital Blues club, Hotel Bristol February 8th, 2018.
The Corban Brothers are a Hawke’s Bay band consisting of Arahi Whaanga on lead guitar and vocals, who is heavily influenced by music greats such as,
Stevie Ray Vaughan, John Mayer and Eric Clapton. Matiu Whiting on bass guitar and vocals. Ivan Sawyer on drums, percussion and vocals.
The Corban Brothers can tackle a range of genres but can feel comfortable and at home in the blues.
