AGM
The AGM will be on Monday the 8th of September at Jack Hackett’s at 6pm. All members are invited to attend.
The AGM was previously notified as being 1st Sept but is now 8th.
We will be voting to adopt the financial statements, vote for committee members, and more.
Constitution
In accordance with Incorporated Societies Act 2022 (the Act), Section 26, we have an amended constitution. This has been reviewed by a lawyer. There will be a motion to adopt the new constitution at the AGM. If you would like to see a copy, please email me on andrew.haddleton@xtra.co.nz, and I’ll send you one by email.
