This week: Getting Stuck in the 70’s
Crikey! A time warp of wonder this week! I was cheating, looking up lists of top 10 blues acts, and I came across a Rolling Stone article called “1970s: 10 blues albums Rolling Stone loved that you never heard.” It sent me down many a wondrous rabbit hole and soaked up many hours. So, I’ve found clips from all of the artists. Sometimes I’ve used covers, and sometimes audio only (as few as possible). Sometimes ootoob just didn’t deliver, so I substituted songs for those I could find, added some collaborations, and got a wee bit carried away and went overtime! I made up for the many guitarists by putting heaps of Memphis Slim at the end (because keys )
