Emma Davey & The Monks of Cool

Monks of CoolVocalist Emma Davey has classy wide-ranging musical styles. With Lawrence Arps on guitar; Martin Robertson on bass; Mark Walls on drums; Chris Balm on keys; and Fiona Bucket BVs, the Monks of Cool bring colour and depth to Emma’s classy compositions.

Featuring special guest Andrew Clouston on saxophone the Monks will be playing a mix of originals and classics spanning blues/soul and country with the odd diminished chord for good measure. Something for the heart broken, the hopeful romantics and the cynics alike. The Monks of Cool are out to have some fun with twin guitars, bass, keys, drums and sweet vocal harmonies.

The Crawling Kingsnakes

Neil Billington and friends are here to play Delta blues, west coast blues and Chicago blues. With special guest Mike Garner from Tauranga, Neil also has lined up George Barris on bass, Richard Te One drums, Chris Armour, guitar and Bob Smith on keys. It promises to be an almighty night of  swinging blues.
