Dr Thompson is making a welcome return after their debut spot in February. They brought another fresh insight into some new and classic songs. If you didn’t see them last time, don’t miss out this month.

Their promo says, “Festering away in the hills of Wellington, like a slow mould, a band called Dr Thompson has been working on a bunch of songs. Dr Thompson brings a brand of ballsy, bluesy rock, with a hint of psychedelia and a touch of prog. A fun night out for all the family.”

I’m not sure about festering away, but they are well worth seeing.
